All worth it for the following review...
he he.

"Ten minutes of beating and a few cigarettes are enough for them to be succeeded by a band of bearded atrocities styled like a badly unblocked shower siphon, The Cosmic Dead. They think they're idiots, real rockers, you understand? All this because they brew with a beer in their hand and arrive in a pack with low-cost instruments (we've all seen your Squier, black beard!). Shouting that they are going to piss, the puppets stay away all evening, and return adorned with colorful feather dusters. From the start of the set, I feel that we will have put our finger on a huge masquerade, a big bluff based on headbangs and incongruous dances trying to save a visionary appearance for a truth of wankers who understand nothing of what they play, making love to their amps and drowning the fish with pedals. I quote the group in full justification: "We do improvisation, but mainly on the structures and sounds, in such a way that each piece is different from its presence on the album...". Improv, but no matter what! We talk about structures, there are no more! Niet. Nada. The principle of a jam with guitar effects is that we are supposed to hear the melody in two antagonistic ways: a catchy slurry at first hearing, and when discerning carefully, a real crossing of each line. This is marmalade to vomit! It's all too messy, and we don't hear anything: of a real session, we only keep the length with two pieces of around twenty minutes. It’s dirty so it’s rock? Not so sure, and again, we don't have the video or the olfactory samples to prove it to you..."
